All consultation charges will be based on the treatment and services used by the individuals.
When you call Psychiatry of Texas or request a consultation on the site, your information will be collected. We may also ask for paperwork for documentation’s sake. This information will not be used outside the organization and will be used for the psychiatric clinic’s purposes only.
All consultations are performed by appointment only. Appointments are given on a first-come, first-serve basis and at the discretion of the clinic.
Psychiatry of Texas reserves the right to cancel the appointment if patients don’t come within 15 minutes of the appointment time.
The responsibility of following up for further treatments and getting the medication from either the clinic or a pharmacy of their choice lies solely with the patient.
The clinic will not be responsible for any mental, emotional, or physical health complications that may arise from the cancellation and non-acceptance of appointments or missed appointments.

Patients should not give away or sell any medications that they are prescribed by Psychiatry of Texas to anyone.
